Who is responsible for your information

What we collect and why

The only personal information this website collects directly is what you type into the contact form:

• your name
• your email address
• your message, which may include anything you choose to tell us

We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange your appointment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a booking and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We do not add you to a mailing list and the form does not send you an automatic reply.

How the contact form works

When you send the form, your message is emailed to the studio through Resend, an email delivery service, and arrives in the studio’s inbox. The website does not keep its own database of messages. The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and a hidden honeypot field. Turnstile checks technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, to tell people from bots. Messages sent by WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email or phone are handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

Booking online

The Book online and Book Free Consultation buttons take you to Timely, an independent booking service. Anything you enter there is collected by Timely under its own privacy policy, not through this website.

Google reviews and Instagram

Some pages display Google reviews and Instagram posts using Fouita widgets. When these load, content is fetched from Google and Instagram, which can receive your IP address and set their own cookies. Please see their policies for how they use that information.

Visitor counting and cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and has no cookie banner. A cookie-free page-view counter run by RankShark records only the page address, the referring page or site and any campaign tag in the link. It sets no cookies. The IP address is used only momentarily to block abuse and is never stored.

The live website also uses Google Analytics 4, a visitor statistics service from Google, to count visits and see which pages are read. It records information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, the type of device and browser you use and how you arrived at the site, and it uses cookies or similar identifiers to tell visits apart. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics is not loaded on test or preview versions of the site. You can stop it by blocking cookies in your browser or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting

The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages securely and to protect the site from attacks.

How long we keep information

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any booking that follows, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information
• restrict or stop us using it
• send you your information in a portable format
